How long is the lead time?
Often it is need 2 to 3 weeks after our samples or drawings confirmed. But sometimes, it is need 2 to 3 months due to we have to purchase some raw materials from abroad.
How do I purchase your goods?
Send a RFQ inquiry: Most of our products are not standard parts.
So, tell us the usage, of course it will be better if you have photos or a drawing design which include all parts details and Environmental Requirements.
We analyse your request then quote.
It is need almost 1-3 days to quote due to the complexity of the products.
After the price and payment terms reach an agreement, we will send drawings and samples to confirm before mass production.
Do the samples are free of charge?
Our policy is normally to pay freight collect for free samples.
What has been your company's products have passed the certification?
We get UL, CSA, CUL TUV, certification.
